Built for franchise auto dealers

Your reps, on video, for every single lead.

CarFluent clones your salesperson once — their face, their voice — then sends a genuinely personal video to every lead, books the appointment, and follows up on its own. Then it does the same thing for your service drive.

Works alongside your existing CRM — it doesn't replace your DMS.
The AI video engine

A text gets ignored. A face doesn't.

Three kinds of video, all generated automatically, all sent as a link — never an attachment.

1 · The rep's own cloned face and voice

Your salesperson films a short consent-recorded sample once. After that, CarFluent generates video in their likeness for every lead — greeting them by name, referencing the exact vehicle they asked about and the question they actually typed.

  • Written consent is required before any voice is cloned — it's the legal basis, and it's enforced in the software
  • Scripts are checked against real inventory facts before they're spoken
  • Any claim with a number in it must be backed by a fact, or it falls back to plain text
  • Pronunciation is learned per name, so "Reyes-Soto" isn't mangled

omg that's actually you? 😂 yes — can I see it Saturday?

2 · Walkarounds, narrated in your rep's voice

Film the vehicle once, face-free. CarFluent writes a walkaround script from that customer's actual questions, narrates it in the rep's cloned voice, and muxes it onto the footage. The customer sees the car and hears the person they've been texting.

  • One piece of footage serves every lead who asks about that unit
  • Every video is approved by a human before it sends
  • Captions burned in — most people watch on mute

3 · A merchandising video for every unit, automatically

Every vehicle on the lot gets its own video — built from the photos and specs you already have, rebuilt automatically the moment the price changes or new photos land. No one has to remember to redo it.

  • Rebuilt on any price or photo change, so a video never quotes a stale number
  • Publishes to a shareable vehicle page with a lead form attached
  • Flags units people watch but never enquire about — a merchandising problem, surfaced

Autonomous follow-up

The follow-up happens whether anyone remembers or not.

A scheduler runs every few minutes and works the entire store — sequences, campaigns, reminders, escalations, win-backs. Nothing waits on someone's memory.

⏱️

Speed-to-lead, enforced

Unclaimed leads escalate on a clock you set. Managers get told before the lead goes cold, not after the month closes.

🔁

Sequences that stop on a reply

Multi-touch cadences across text, email and video that halt the instant a human replies or an appointment is booked.

🧠

AI that answers, then hands off

Inbound questions get a real answer in seconds. Anything that needs a human is escalated with the context attached.

🚫

Never double-texted

Every automated message is guarded by its cause. Run the scheduler twice, re-import a feed — a customer still hears from you once.

🌙

Quiet hours and opt-outs, absolute

Do-not-contact is honoured on every path. After-hours texts get an honest "first thing in the morning" instead of a 2am sales pitch.

📋

Rules you can edit yourself

Plain IF/THEN automations your BDC manager can change without calling anybody.

Fixed ops

The service drive, not an afterthought.

Most of a dealership's customers are in service. CarFluent treats that like the front end.

🔧

Video RO approvals

The tech's video, the recommended work, the price — on one page the customer approves with a tap. Their decision outranks everything downstream.

💳

Text-to-pay

The invoice goes out by text and gets paid from the phone. Charged once, receipted once — retries and hiccups can't double-bill.

📅

Self-scheduling

Customers book their own visit against real capacity across both lanes, choosing waiter, loaner or drop-off.

⛏️

22 ways to mine your own database

Declined work, lapsed customers, mileage due, expiring warranties, service-to-sales equity — surfaced as call lists with the reason attached.

CSI that saves the visit

Ask after close. A low score creates a same-day save task; a high one asks for the review. No survey blasting.

🔔

Recalls and mileage minders

Open recalls swept automatically, mileage predicted per customer from their real driving pattern.

The rest of the platform

Everything the floor actually touches.

💬

One inbox

Text, email, rich messaging and calls threaded per customer.

📞

Calls with coaching

Recorded, transcribed and scored, so wins become training tape.

📱

Rep app

Installs on a phone. Today's queue, scan a licence, reply from the lot.

🏪

Multi-rooftop

Group-ready: each store's inventory, staff and pages stay its own.

🔌

Sits beside your CRM

Activity flows back to the system you already run. Nothing gets ripped out.

📊

Numbers that reconcile

Source P&L, funnel, show-rate and gross — from the same rows, not a second spreadsheet.

🎥

Live video calls

A shopper on your site is face-to-face with a rep in one tap.

🔐

Your keys, encrypted

Provider credentials stored encrypted, roles enforced on every screen.

Getting started

Live in a week. Filming takes an afternoon.

Point it at your data

Inventory, staff and your existing lead sources connect first. Your DMS feed drops in as a file feed — no rip-and-replace, no downtime on the floor.

Film your reps once

A few minutes each, with written consent captured in the software. That footage powers every video that rep ever sends.

Turn on one play

Start with a single cadence — usually fresh internet leads. Watch the response rate, then switch on the next one. Nothing is all-or-nothing.

Let the service drive catch up

Video approvals and text-to-pay go live once the front end is humming, and the mining segments start filling the BDC's call list from customers you already own.

What we'll tell you before you sign anything

CarFluent is new. We're not going to show you a wall of logos or invented case-study numbers. If you want a reference, ask us and we'll tell you honestly where we are.

Business texting has a queue. US carriers require A2P 10DLC registration and it takes one to three weeks — nobody can shortcut it. We start that paperwork on day one so the clock runs while we set everything else up.

Nothing pretends to work. If a provider isn't connected yet, the software says so plainly instead of reporting a send that never happened. That principle is enforced in the code, not just the sales pitch.

See it running on your own inventory.

Send us your store name and we'll walk you through a live store — your vehicles, your lead sources, and a real video generated on the call.
